About us.

Every challenge and every client is unique.

Our journey into IT began in 2014, when we came up with the service Prostaya Postavka (Simple Supply) and took it to accelerators, business forums, and startup competitions.

For the first time, I found myself on the other side of legal work — not as a lawyer handed a task, but as someone building a product. For my own business, I put together the entire legal framework for the first time: contracts, online documents, and relationships with users and partners. I soon realised that drafting a legally sound document was not enough. First, you need to understand how the business should actually work, and only then describe it in legal terms.

In 2018, a team from a large company approached me. They were making their own game and needed documents for Google Play, so I helped. Then came another project, and another after that. That is how it all started.

My original plan seemed perfect: create a good set of documents for one client, refine everything, and then sell it to everyone else.

Even two competitors in the same sector can have entirely different businesses under the hood. Different processes, relationships with clients and partners, money flows, technologies, and risks.

On the surface, companies may do almost the same thing, yet internally operate in entirely different ways.

There is no one-size-fits-all document.

The years passed. There were new projects, new people, and new countries. Gradually, a team formed around me and our expertise grew. Alongside contracts and intellectual property, we took on corporate matters, taxes, personal data, government IT systems, international projects, and financial matters.

When a challenge becomes complex, we map out the business: companies, people, product, money, data, rights, contracts, and jurisdictions. We connect them all and follow the chain.

A map like this quickly reveals where relationships fail to align, where risks arise, what is missing, and what actually needs to be documented — or abandoned.

We create a legal framework within which a business can operate and grow.

Contracts, technology rights, corporate structure, taxes, and data do not exist in isolation. They are parts of a single system — one that must reflect how the business actually works.

A good result is not just a legally sound contract. The framework must make the intended business model possible, rather than force the business to adapt to the documents.
