PRACTICES / 02 — CONTRACTS

Contracts.

The legal framework
for business relationships.

We draft and review contracts for technology businesses, from individual transactions to complex arrangements between developers, clients, partners, platforms, and users.

We do more than work on the wording. First, we establish how the relationship itself should work.

[ CONTRACT / RELATIONSHIP MODEL ]

When you need us.

  1. 01

Entering into an important or unusual transaction

  2. 02

    Commissioning or developing software

  3. 03

Launching a SaaS product or digital service

  4. 04

    Building a partnership

  5. 05

Operating through an agency or intermediary model

  6. 06

    Engaging contractors

  7. 07

Your existing contract does not reflect how you actually work

  8. 08

A counterparty has sent its contract and you need to understand the risks

  9. 09

Your current contractual model needs to change

A contract is
a roadmap for the relationship.

A good contract should do more than record what the parties have agreed.

It should describe how the relationship works in normal circumstances and what happens when things do not go to plan.
